Leading training agency

Founded in 2012, Speak to Inspire has grown into one of the leading presentation training & coaching agencies in the Netherlands.

We believe in the power of trainers who bring real life experience to the room; people with backgrounds in theatre, media, day chairing, speechwriting, and entrepreneurship. Professionals who combine knowledge, awareness, and methodology with the depth of what they have lived. And we believe in trainers who never stop learning: from one another, from speakers, from courses, and by frequently taking the stage themselves.

We support a wide range of organizations, both in the Netherlands and abroad: from ING to Guerrilla Games, from Deloitte to Kite Pharma, from AHOLD and Heineken to municipalities and political parties. We help teams, leaders, and professional speakers use their stories to spark understanding, reflection, and movement.

Huib Hudig
Founder & coach

Worked for eight years as a speechwriter for Piet Hein Donner and Mark Rutte, among others. In 2012 he published 'Het Speechboekje, an inspiring speech in ten steps'. Huib comments on important speeches on radio (Radio 1, BNR) and television.

Rutger Mollee
Co-owner & trainer/coach

Presentation coach, day chairman and part-time comedian (a.o. at "De Speld"). He teaches people to present better, especially in terms of preparation, making contact and dealing with tension. Through his wealth of experience, he helps tell an unforgettable story. He was a finalist in the election "Day Chairman of the Year 2013′. Every year he still leads dozens of conferences.

David van der Meulen
Co-owner & trainer/coach

Speechwriter, copywriter and entrepreneur. For four years he wrote for Mayor Van der Laan. Founding two startups followed. But the blood runs where it cannot go. After a few years, he returned to his old love: the story. Now he helps people and companies tell their stories convincingly.

Sophie Swager
Planning & operation

As a project planner, Sophie keeps an overview of the daily operations of Speak. Most of the communication goes through her, and the switching with different people and parties involved in this is her challenge; puzzling!

Bibi Schreurs
Commercial director

Commercial director, marketer and strategic thinker. For seven years she built up VanMoof's B2B network. Now she puts her experience and energy into Speak to Inspire. Because the best thing about her work? Discovering, together with partners, which training courses really make an impact. Strategy is important, but doing is even more so. That is why she loves to tackle, experiment and achieve results. Always with one goal: growth for customers and for Speak.

Emilie van Dijk
Trainer/coach

Through her long career as a journalist for radio and television, she learned how to prepare for a presentation, how to write texts and especially how to speak. In her role as speaker coach, trainer and as Program Director Speakers & Performers TEDxHaarlem, all of this falls together.

Maurits Koster
Trainer/coach

Presenter, trainer, entrepreneur and theater maker. During his trainings and coachings he combines presentation practice with the world of theater and business. His entrepreneurial background helps in getting to the heart of the matter. In addition, Maurits is a certified mindfulness trainer and teaches participants to present in the here and now.

Alwien Tulner
Trainer/coach

Actress, presenter, trainer and voice over and known from film and TV, among other things. Thanks to her years of experience as an actress both at home and abroad, she knows better than anyone what it takes to touch the heart of the audience and to bring the story across from a position of calm confidence. She sees presenting as a leadership instrument in which she helps to find the solidity needed to appear authentic.

Our philosophy

To inspire is to set in motion. By inspiring, urging, giving a different perspective or energy. In doing so, it is a seed for change.

Learning to present is about getting in motion. By increasing self-awareness, stepping out of fixed patterns and experimenting. It is a source of personal development.
